- Challenge: In early 2020 when Covid19 struck, Centrix was experiencing a hit much like many other businesses with their managed services solutions.
- Solution: Through Collabrium’s Engagement Solution, we shifted their marketing strategy to appeal to new clientele so that they can continue to support companies with their managed IT solutions.
- Results: Increased business for Centrix by advertising that IT was something that could be outsourced to a team of local professionals at a fraction of the cost that a company would pay to keep on a department.
During this time, most companies were scaling back to a skeleton staff structure and only maintaining the necessary staff on board.
A lot of people were let go. IT was among one of those departments that companies felt like they shouldn’t cut back on.

Strapped with all the necessary tools and resources, we set out to educate companies that internal departments of juniors wouldn’t cut it.
Especially when it came to building a completely new infrastructure for home zoom meeting calls and secure shared drives between staff and departments.
