Being a relatively new company, they faced challenges with an overly complex booking process and a brand image that didn’t resonate well with their target audience due to a lack of demographic data. Their key requirements included a new website with a streamlined booking system, an intuitive online shop for skincare products, a well-defined brand that aligns with the company’s values, and a brand identity that adapts as more customer data becomes available.
Research & Strategy
